Thursday, May 16, 2013. I have learned a new trick in the past couple of months from my manager. I find it very helpful. She has taught me do a bit each day. Now I had heard this before but for some reason it really hit me. I am finding these two things very helpful. My life will be changing for work again. It will get more stressful. I need to get some steps and systems in place to combat stre.

I came to a realization this past month. I have been living with a false belief that if I wasnt doing all. that I couldnt do any of them. If I wasnt eating organic everything, then I shouldnt be eating organic anything. If I wasnt making my own kombucha that I wasnt concerned about my insides. If I wasnt oil pulling, and boycotting vaccines, and using essential oils, and making my own detergent, and eating vegan and meditating and and and and and. Sure, I would lov.

Tuesday, 10 December 2013. Scott started timing my contractions and they were about 2-4 minutes a part, but much more intense then the ones I had at night. We had an exercise ball upstairs to help me with labour, but the only thing that felt good was leaning in a door way or over the counter and kicking my feet. Scott in his ever so calm manner told me not to worry.
